By participating in our programs, donating, volunteering, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms applicable to specific activities.
- A person who is employed as an adult must obtain membership. If they are married, their children below the age of twenty-one, their wife (if she is not working), and their parents (if they are not working) will also be included in the membership.
- The membership fee is $200, while the monthly fee has been set at $25.($2 Stripe Fee)
- The foundation will cover Burial expense of $8000, if a member or their dependent passes away in United States.
- If a member's child passes away, the foundation will cover the burial expenses.
- The Board members shall make all decisions collectively during Board meetings by majority vote. A decision shall be considered final, binding, and shall be implemented only if the majority of the Board members present agree and give their consent.
- If the membership fee is not paid for three consecutive months, the membership will be deactivated. To reactivate the membership, all outstanding dues must be paid.
- Any member can audit the foundation's account with a two-day notice.
- If someone wants to take their deceased to their homeland, the foundation will pay $8,000.
Our services are intended for individuals and organizations who:
- Are at least 21 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 21.
- Agree to use our services for lawful and non-commercial purposes aligned with our mission.
You agree to:
- Use our services responsibly and in accordance with our mission.
- Refrain from any activity that disrupts or harms our operations, systems, or other users.
- Provide accurate information when registering for events, donating, or participating in programs.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms.
All donations and payments made to Abaseen Foundations are:
- Voluntary and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
- Used to support our programs, services, and operational costs.
Receipts will be provided for all donations. Please ensure you retain them for tax or other purposes.
All content on our website and materials provided through our programs, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Abaseen Foundations unless otherwise stated. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written consent.
